[Online Banking] How can I renew my expired Maybank2u payment service access?

You may renew your payment access through the Maybank2u Website or the Shopee App if your payment access has expired. Below are the steps to guide you with renewing your payment access.

Maybank2u Website

Step 1: Log in to Maybank2u.com.my

Step 2: Click on Settings

Step 3: Select Pay & Transfer

Step 4: Click on Linked Accounts

Step 5: Click on Renew

Step 6: Set your payment settings and click on the Renew button

Step 7: Confirm the transaction

Shopee App

Step 1: Launch the Shopee app

Step 2: Go to the Me tab

Step 3: Click on the Settings icon at the top right-hand corner

Step 4: Click on Bank Accounts/Cards

Step 5: Click on Maybank

Step 6: Enter your Maybank Username

Step 7: Verify your Security Image and Phrase

Step 8: Enter your Password

Step 9: Choose your Maybank Account to link with Shopee

Step 10: Set the Duration of the setting to last

Step 11: Enter a daily Transaction Limit of up to RM1,000

Step 12: Enter the 6-digit TAC sent to your mobile number

Step 13: You will be redirected back to the Shopee App
